Set priorities in your life. Once you have your priorities right, stress will be easier to deal with.

Be physically active. Physical activity not only reduces stress but gives us more strength to deal with it.
Pat a kitten or a pup. This will help your stress levels to come down a great deal.
Lie down in sheets scented with lavender. This will considerably help you deal with stress more easily.
Hold a comforting object like a stuffed toy, a favorite memento or anything that is valued to deal with stress.
She can deal with stress and yet smile.
She dreams and believes, strong yet fragile.
She is a support system and your home too

We should not be too concerned with our fame or what people say about us. In reality it could not make any serious difference in one’s life. Therefore, we should have our priorities right, and seek what is truly of value, what is truly of meaning in our life. Not just mere fame, which is after all, empty words.
REDUCE STRESS: Leading a stressful life is unhealthy. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. Exercise is a great stress buster
