Make time for holidays.Take a few weeks off in a year. You can work little more before or after. Travel to destress.

Don’t just travel for work. Travel for pleasure too. If you have a stressful job,then you need to take a travel break every 6 months.
After a long day at work, unwind with a mug of green tea and some soft music. Eat your favorite food once in a while to destress.

Take time out of work to go for short holidays. Chose a destination that allows you to relax. Avoid a hectic schedule
