Man must discharge his duties to the fullest under the blessings of Lord, and then only he will realize the spiritual happiness.
It is far better to discharge one’s prescribed duties, even though they may be faultily, than another’s duties. Destruction in the course of performing one’s own duty is better than engaging in another’s duties, for to follow another’s path is dangerous. (3.35)

A man who performs his duties with complete knowledge, strength, selflessness and devotion, gets the blessings of Lord.
A person experiences spiritual strength and divine happiness by following duties and religion properly.
A man who is truly devoted to Lord, gets ultimate happiness and attains the blessings of Supreme Lord.
A person who utilizes his physical and spiritual powers in the right direction, gets the blessings of the Lord.
A self-realized man has no purpose to fulfill in the discharge of his prescribed duties, nor has he any reason not to perform suchwork. Nor has he any need to depend on any other living being. (3.18)
