An intelligent person leaves
An intelligent person leaves aside useless things and works for his moral and spiritual progress.
An intelligent person makes proper use of his physical, mental and spiritual power and attains success.

A person who is fully absorbed in Krishna consciousness is sure to attain the spiritual kingdom because of his full contributionto spiritual activities, in which the consummation is absolute and that which is offered is of the same spiritual nature. (4.24)
If we consider material progress, we see that research started by one person can always be continued by another. But this is not possible with spiritual progress.
