The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, But the mouth of the wicked what is perverse.
A worthless person, a wicked man, Is the one who walks with a perverse mouth.
A fool’s lips bring strife, And his mouth calls for blows.
The Righteous One takes note of the house of the wicked and brings the wicked to ruin.
Silent lips may avoid many problems, But smiling lips may solve many problems. So always have a smile on your face in the beautiful journey called life.
Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight.
Truthful lips will be established forever, But a lying tongue is only for a moment.
The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.
Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue is but for a moment.
He who says to the wicked, “You are righteous,” Him the people will curse; Nations will abhor him.
