Be not thou envious
Be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them.
Do not be envious of evil men, Nor desire to be with them; For their minds devise violence, And their lips talk of trouble.
Those who are envious and mischievous, who are the lowest among men, I perpetually cast into the ocean of material existence, intovarious demoniac species of life. (16.19)
Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.
Do thou fight for the sake of fighting, without considering happiness or distress, loss or gain, victory or defeat — and by sodoing you shall never incur sin. (2.38)
QURAN: Follow thou the inspiration sent unto thee, and be patient and constant, till Allah do decide: for He is the best to decide[10:109]
Arjuna said: O infallible one, please draw my chariot between the two armies so that I may see those present here, who desire toLet me see those who have come here to fight, wishing to please the evil-minded son of Dhrtarastra. (1.23)
Whoever rewards evil for good, evil shall not depart from his house.
